Shipping to Canada starts at $8.
International shipping starts at $12.
Our international shipping includes most countries around the world.
FREE USA SHIPPING: 5 – 10 days for t-shirts and hoodies. 12 – 20 days for gear and accessories.
CANADA: 5 – 14 days for t-shirts and hoodies. 12 – 20 days for accessories.
INTERNATIONAL: 14 - 30 days for t-shirts and hoodies. 20 - 60 days for gear and accessories. (Delivery times vary depending on where you live).
White Rock are not responsible for delays due to customs which may be a few days to a few weeks.

How Does White Rock Handle Returns?
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and have an exceptional experience with our brand. You're important to us! If you’re not satisfied with your item, please contact us first at email@example.com within 30 days of purchase before returning your order.
Please note, that all sales are considered final and we do not normally accept returns for buyer's remorse, size exchanges or product exchanges. We will review your reason for return and decide at our discretion if it's eligible for return (i.e. damaged items, defective items). If you're return eligible and we have the size you need available, we will send it to you at no additional cost to you once we receive your returned item. If we do not have the size available, we would be more than happy to give you the full amount back in store credit once we receive your item.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If your address is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
