What kind of printing do you use?

All of our printed shirts and other clothing are very high quality Direct-to-Garment (DTG) prints. Our headwear is embroidered. 

How durable are DTG printed shirts compared to Screen Printed shirts?

DTG prints are just as durable as screen prints when being washed. 

Is this website secure?

Absolutely. You can rest assured that your information is safe and secure at all times. All orders, browser viewing and credit card information are secure and encrypted. Our website was created using a Shopify store, which is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 256-bit SSL certificates. 

Can I add another item or change an order already placed?

Not usually. But reach out to us at info@whiterockclothing.com and we'll see what we can do for you. If you need to cancel your order and the order has not yet been fulfilled, we can usually cancel and issue you a refund.

I received a notification that you cancelled my order. Why?

Unfortunately, we live in a world where order fraud can occasionally happen. Because of that, we monitor all orders to detect possible fraudulent orders. It is our protocol to automatically cancel any orders that are flagged as suspicious. However, this is extremely uncommon.
